Ellen Barkin is tweeting mad about the decision of a Utah television station not to broadcast The New Normal. The show, which premiered on NBC in September, features a gay couple and the family of the woman who decides to become a surrogate for their baby.

"After watching the pilot episode of The New Normal, we chose not to accept our fall schedule. For our make, this platform just feels inadequate on several dimensions, especially during the time of visualization of the family. "
