Joe Simpson found himself in a little trouble.
Jessica Simpson's Dad was caught on suspicion of driving under the influence, a spokesman for the LAPD told Fox News Five.
Jenna Jameson pleads not guilty to DUI
The incident occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. on August 4 when the 54-year Simpson was arrested by police on Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks, California, and later taken into custody.
Simpson was booked and released the next day without having to post bail.
The case has not been sent to the office of district attorney and police still are not releasing a mug shot at that time.
Maybe Simpson should draw one of his daughter's recent tweets: "The responsibility has radically changed my life Saturday night potable of select ... WATER! "
